Client Appreciation Event

On May 4th we were thrilled to host a Ladies Night Client Appreciation Event in our home for our past clients and supportive friends and it was a blast! So many wonderful ladies came to our home to be pampered and indulge, and be gifted with over $14,000 in Swag Bag Gifts. We loved shining the light on so many local entrepreneaurs and bring attention to a big fundraiser coming up for Prevention of Violence Against Women in Muskoka!

We LOVE our clients and our ever supportive friends… and tonight was their night! So many businesses made this night fantastic and we’ve had some questions on how to reach them yourselves, so we have posted below a link to thier Facebook Pages or websites. It’s so important to support local!

Since the event, we have had a lot of requests for two of my recipes… Chicken Salad and my Tomato Bruschetta. Here they are for you to enjoy and share.

Tomato Bruschetta
5 Roma Tomatoes, Seeds removed, small chop
1/2 Cup Red Onion, Diced
1-2 Garlic Cloves, Large, Chopped
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, Chopped or Sliced
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon each salt & pepper (or to taste)

Gently combine first 5 ingredients and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar and gently stir.

Chicken Salad
2 Cups Tandoori flavoured Cooked Whole Chicken, dark and white meat chopped
1/2 Cup Celery, Diced
1/3 Cup Red Pepper, Diced
1/3 Cup Red Onion, Diced
1/3 – ½ Cup Light Mayo (or to desired taste)
Salt & Pepper
1-2 TBSP Epicure Mango Curry Dip Mix

Stir all ingredients together and refridgerate for atleast one hour for the Mango Curry flavour to blend.
